Yes. Emre Optik is an authorized retailer, and all sunglasses on our site are genuine products.
When will my order ship?
Orders are handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Turkey usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your city.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of 1000 TL and above.
How do returns and exchanges work?
You can return a product within 14 days of delivery. Returns are sent with Yurtiçi Kargo at our expense, so there is no shipping fee for you. The product must be unused and returned in its original case with all accessories.
What do polarized lenses do?
Polarized lenses reduce glare reflected from surfaces such as water, roads, snow and glass, for clearer and more comfortable vision. They make a noticeable difference when driving, by the sea and in snowy conditions. You can see whether a model is polarized in the "Lens Type" row of the Technical Details section.
What do the frame size numbers mean?
The inside of the temple usually shows three measurements, for example 54□18 145:
- 54 – Lens width (mm)
- 18 – Bridge width, the distance between the lenses (mm)
- 145 – Temple length (mm)
